Wyndham Grand Krakow Old Town Hotel

The hotel was conveniently located near the main train station and within walking distance of the main square. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station and the city center. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, and the staff was extremely helpful in suggesting the best ones. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi. a fantastic experience!

That the thermostat in our room seemed to reset itself occasionally.

Everything was very good and fairly clean, I loved staff and location. The room was spotless with all amenities and had a minibar, central heating and an electronic key card.

The place was reasonably clean and staff were exceptional, I liked ideal location. The staff did all they can for a good stay.

This venue is a luxurious and elegant space, with exclusive amenities and excellent services. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were highlights, and the spa center offered a wide range of beauty treatments, including massages and facials.

The luxurious amenities and attentive staff at this hotel made for a truly unforgettable stay. the indoor swimming pool provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the spa lounge was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. the restaurant's special diet menus exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of tasty and healthy options.

Our only minor complaint was that the massage services were slightly overpriced compared to other local options. the treatment room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the therapist was highly skilled and attentive to our individual needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot, right in the heart of everything. The highlight of my stay was the stunning pool/spa/fitness room, set in the old vaulted cellars of the building. I also enjoyed dining at the trattoria attached to the hotel, which served excellent food and wine at reasonable prices.

Although there were a couple of minor issues, such as the incredibly thick duvet more suited for colder weather and the poor WiFi signal, these did not detract from the overall excellence of my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was well-furnished and spotless, and the shower was amazing.
