The hotel was conveniently located near the main train station and within walking distance of the main square. The staff were friendly, efficient, and were really nice too assist us. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main train station and the city center. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, and the staff was extremely helpful in suggesting the best ones. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi. a fantastic experience!
That the thermostat in our room seemed to reset itself occasionally.

Our only minor complaint was that the massage services were slightly overpriced compared to other local options. the treatment room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the therapist was highly skilled and attentive to our individual needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot, right in the heart of everything. The highlight of my stay was the fine pool/spa/fitness room, set in the old vaulted cellars of the building. I also enjoyed dining at the trattoria attached to the hotel, which served excellent food and wine at reasonable prices.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was well-furnished and super clean, and the shower was amazing.
